Had the best experience purchasing my first vehicle! Nick was on the same page with what I was looking for from the moment I walked in the dealership. I just purchased a new Toyota Rav4 from Wayne Toyota and couldn't be happier! My sales rep Nick was awesome! I can honestly say that Wayne Toyota is the best car dealership that I have ever dealt with. Since I moved to Thunder Bay, I bought three cars from them. With my first car, they went out of their way (after agreeing on the price and everything) to sort out the insurance and get us a temporary vehicle. I got a new RAV4; their service was exceptional, organized and helpful. Todd and Dania were fantastic, and they never hesitate to make things easier and better for me. The best car purchasing experience that I've ever had. I am so pleased and satisfied.

We recently purchased a nearly “new” 2016 Rav4 Hybrid, Limited Edition from Wayne Toyota after reviewing it on their virtual platform. It arrived sooner than expected (though we live some 1400 km away), was received in impressive condition and the drive home was as pleasant and comfortable as one could reasonably hope for. I must say, Wayne Toyota far exceeded our expectations at all points in the sale process. It was altogether so very much fun working with Amanda, Ben and Dania.
