My 5 stars are going to Angela, who helped me every step of the way. She thoroughly explained all the features and different packages which made my decision making easier. My husband and I bought a new car from Yorkdale Toyota. We were impressed by the service provided by Mario the sales representative. He was very informative about the features of the car and explained them in detail until we understood them. All the additional options requested were installed expertly and on time. We are very pleased with the new car and the service.

I like this location because the Excellent services, both sale and service department. The staffs are extremely friendly: just names a few such as: Mario and Hormoz, I would recommend anyone to ask for them if looking to buy a car(s). For the Service, I'm 100% happy with their work, if you are going for the service, please ask to see August, and Abraham Technician to do the work, you won't be disappointed. Reliable Service for Shuttle bus. The drivers are extremely friendly. I would recommended Yorkdale Toyota to anyone looking to buy car(s) or get service done. Remembered: if something bad happened at one point, we are human and we are made mistake at least once. So, please just talk to someone nice and they will fixed the problems. We just bought another car last week at this location. Totally happy with their services. I would give them 10 STARS ++++

Great place but have mixed feeling about this place. Hakeem B. sales manager is absolutely amazing and He could manage my first car after got denied everywhere. Absolutely recommended. Absolutely gent and and a well knowledgeable professional. At the service centre staff are also very helpful and polite. On the flip and dark side, on the reception the young lady very nice and helpful but the elder lady is extremely rude and arrogant with a really bad attitude. Honestly one of the worst customer service I have ever had. It makes it worse it has happened not even once but almost every time. To be honest, I don’t know and understand how she’s still working there with such a behaviour like that.
