I had the wonderful experience of working alongside Rohan while going through the process of picking up my brand new Jeep Wrangler a few days ago! He was excellent and so informative. Had difficulties at Honda (bought one, leased another) so I decided it was time for a change. Went to Menzies to shop around since it was next door. Met with Jennifer (one of the sales reps) and test drove a few vehicles in my price range. Found one we loved and Jennifer helped us all the way through with all the options and pricing so it worked for us, all while being really patient with all my different scenarios of pricing. Our finance guy was great too! Definitely recommend going to Menzies for great customer service, will definitely be back for more. Update 2021: I did go back and bought another vehicle with Jennifer. Was really glad she was still there! Still a 5 star for Menzies for me. Great service department too.

I bought my Jeep at a different dealership but live in Oshawa so I use Menzies Service Dept for all the work needed on the vehicle. The service department is 100% amazing customer service. Ive had 3 extremely positive experiences over the last 5 years. Today was the same and I felt compelled to show my gratitude. My next car will be purchased at Menezes as a result. Good customer service goes a long way these days!

Earlier this month I inquired about a Jeep online and received a response from Duane Mohamed in no time. He answered my questions and we set up an appointment to test drive a couple of vehicles. When I arrived both cars were ready to go. There was no pressure sales tactic and Duane made it so easy, I bought the vehicle that day. Lauri was also great discussing the warranties and options without any pressure. The whole experience was seamless and within three days my car was ready. A week later Duane followed up to check in. Overall I had a great experience and would purchase from Menzies again.

I recently purchased a used truck from Menzies. I live in Northwestern Ontario and drove across the province to purchase and pick it up. Duane Mohamed was my sales guy and he was fantastic to deal with. He took videos of a detailed walk around of my vehicle and many pictures. He was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the buying process and made it very easy for me. The truck was priced very reasonable and it appeared as described when it was picked up. On my trip home a couple of mechanical issues arose with my truck. Menzies' paid to have these repairs done at my local repair shop at home. If you are an out of own buyer, the folks at Menzies certainly make the process very easy for you to buy with confidence that you are getting value for your money and they will certainly take care of you if things don't quite work out as planned. A big thank you also goes to Karl Durham, used car sales manager for his friendly assistance in getting my vehicle repaired. I would definitely purchase from Menzies again in the future.
