I know it’s only been two days but I must say I am very impressed with my new car. I worked with Caroline Kilbride and she was amazing. Above amazing! She took care of all of my needs regarding my new car, now there was a minor issue my new car but it was fixed right away. I must say people always talk about negative experiences but this was a positive experience for me. There was no question unanswered that I didn’t feel stupid asking. I felt very confident when I drove away in my new car. If you’re looking for a new car and a company that will do everything in their power for you to get that car you found it.

Welcoming, knowledgeable, diligent, understanding are just a few of the words to describe my incredible experience this week while purchasing my first new vehicle. I was feeling overwhelmed until I walked into the doors and was greeted by the amazing team of Katey and Tamera. Tamera took the time to answer all of my questions about different trucks and packages. Tamera found me the perfect truck to suit all of my needs. Thank you very much for helping make my car buying experience a good one. Caroline was a great communicator, and was a huge help. At no point in the process did I feel like I was being pressured. It was great to be able to have purchased a new vehicle I am comfortable with in such a short time. Caroline answered any and all questions I had, and she was quick to find out anything she didn't know the answer to. Jason, Bill, Norman and the team at VanDusen Chevrolet Buick located on Bayly Street were all wonderful to deal with. Bill made sure that my car was repaired in a timely manner, arranged for a rental while the repairs were being completed and followed up after I picked up the car to ensure that I was satisfied with the repairs. This is not my first interaction with the team here and I've never been disappointed. They are all very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and get the job done extremely well.
