My interactions with staff were great. I was kept informed every step of the way. I was contacted any time there was progress or if there were any questions for me Brian kept me up to date throughout my vehicle's stay. He even did the peperwork for my towing. Re is a great people person. I'm not sure why my clutch isn't considered part of the power train though, because without it , it doesn't matter how well the engine and every other part of the power train is working, you're not going anywhere.

I had an appointment for a oil change. Figured I’d would take about 45 min to get it done. I ended up passing out on the very comfy chairs, to find out it was almost 2 hours later. Like 1hour 45. Not exactly thrilled at that. But! The real saving grace is that the service rep and mechanic both took the time to explain to me a couple issues to watch out for with regards to snow and ice build up in the engine bay. When I explained I had waited for almost 2 hours, and was going to be late for my next appointment, the mechanic was super quick, got it done and between the service rep and him, my truck rolled up, keys went from him to service to me and I was out in seconds.

I was looking to get into a bigger vehicle and stopped by Steele Ford. I was met by Jessica Corey and she was great! We never made a deal, but Jessica never gave up until all potential vehicles were vetted. She was never pushy and very knowledgable. Thanks again Jessica, i appreciated your time.
