I had just recently received my drivers license, and was in the market for a great first car. Island Ford showed a fantastic Genesis Coupe that was out of my price range. I thought to myself, “maybe I’ll take a shot in the dark, see if they are nice enough to lower it.” And lower it they did. All in all, an incredible buying experience. Everything was taken care of, and I had no concerns about the car, as they had everything covered. Truly worth visiting, as I wouldn’t have gotten a perfect deal on a fantastic car if it wasn’t for my sales person Amado, and the general atmosphere of the dealership. I felt in control, with no cars being forced on me. I knew that my well-being came above all else at this establishment. Ultimately, I highly recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. They treated me with great kindness and put my feelings first. Thank you Island Ford Superstore, as I could not ask for a more memorable first car experience. It could not have gone better, so I will treasure your service for a lifetime. Oh, and Amado, good luck on the flying school. You’re going to do incredible! From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. The space is inviting, bright and clean. The sales department were all friendly even though I was working with only one person - so I felt taken care of. Abe and I spent the majority of our time talking about life and probably 10% of the time on the car. No pressure, no gimmicks, no BS. Abe was genuine, personable and was attentive to my needs. It’s clear that the work culture here is client focused and employees are primarily mentored to seek out the needs of drivers rather than pushy sales targets.

In over 20 years of experience, I have had in buying and selling cars at dealerships across BC, my recent experience at Island Ford has been by far the best. I purchased a 2020 Mustang GT Convertible and did not have to step into the dealership even once to get the deal done. In fact, I live in a different city. The entire purchasing process was done online via email and phone calls. And here is the sweet spot – the vehicle was picked up from another location in BC by Island Ford and dropped off at my home front door-step. After inspecting the car and being satisfied with the vehicle, only then did I sign the sales paperwork at my house which the sales rep brought with him along with the vehicle (and the keys). WOW! ENOUGH SAID. The deal was fair, honest and without any gimmicks. There were no surprises or changes at the time of purchase based on our past conversations (WHICH WAS DONE AT MY HOUSE). It is very rare these days to find an honest car dealership who run their business solely based on customer satisfaction – and Island Ford is definitely an honest and fair dealership with excellent customer service. I would highly recommend asking for Amado Rodriguez (sales representative) and Kyle Martin (sales manager) – these guys are professionals and will do anything to ensure their customer is 100% satisfied. I am from this day forward a return customer to Island Ford and will be recommending their services. Top notch work guys. See you again.

Steve Slee and the crew at Island Ford in Duncan made my sons 3rd birthday magical!!!! Every day we drive to Duncan and my son insists we drive by the “Orange monster truck”. I decided to call the lot and ask if we could come take a closer look at the truck for his birthday. Steve said sure and suggested that afternoon! Well when he went to bring the truck around he found the fuel system had been tampered with and required repairs. He asked that we come tomorrow! I said we don’t it to run, just want to touch a tire. He said come tomorrow and I’ll take him for a drive!! I couldn’t believe his generosity! Well when we showed up Steve had the truck parked out front with a huge “Happy 3rd Birthday Bennett” sign!!!!!! He started the truck, drove it around the lot and offered to take my little guy for a ride!!!! Bennett was over the moon!!!!! They went above and beyond!!! We can’t thank you enough!! You all ROCK!!!
