Triple A+ service for new lease. I've leased several vehicles and my experience 3 years ago with the old team at this shop was not good. Latest lease was a completely different story. Azki was amazing in getting my vehicle customized to the way i like it. From arranging a meeting with his manager (Vince) to helping me achieving the look i was dreaming for, the team was very helpful. I don't normally put reviews but credit where the credit is due. Marina spends ample amount of time to explain different models, promptly answers questions to suit needs of customer.Together with Vince, they make customer feel very welcoming, comfortable, and are not pushy to make on sales. I recommend them as excellent and hard working team!

Had a great experience at this dealership even though I did not end up purchasing at this time. Jorge Correa was knowledgeable and patient with me as my purchase of a Volkswagen was postponed due to my own vehicle being repaired after an accident as opposed to being written off. Jorge was not pushy as others have and treated me with respect. From a customer service perspective, I highly recommend this dealership for your next VW purchase, as I also plan on returning here again.
