April was great to deal with. Very friendly and not pushy. We did negotiate what I thought was a good price. Would have given 5 stars however few issues. Was told would get fresh new MVI, oil change and detailing. I’m unsure if the oil was changed as the sticker in the windshield is old. MVI did not get done. The detailing was not very good, basic vacuum and dusting was all. Thanks April and Dobson Signature Auto. Everything was made right. Verified oil change had been done and they had our new car in for the day with a loner given so they could do the inspection and a very good detailing. Appreciate the customer service and the follow-up. Do not hestitate to deal a new vehicle with Donbson Signature Auto, especially ask for April.

Bought my WRX from them without even seeing the car, they fixed the minor issues with it before letting me take it home. I've owned the car for three years now and have brought it back for any needed maintenance. Great crew in there, and is always a pleasant experience.
