Absolutely best experience I've had at a dealer before. Jennifer and Grant at service did an amazing job at not only getting me an appointment right away, but also diagnosing and repairing my issue quickly on the same day I dropped my car off. Chris M. excels at managing his solid team, as well he is always a pleasure to talk to and goes out of his way to help however he can. This was my second time bringing my vehicle to Forbes GM and it was just as much a great experience as it was the first time. It will definitely not be my last! I just purchased an small Cadillac SUV from Forbes. My salesman Graham was excellent. No pressure - he listened to what I wanted and found the perfect match. He also showed me several alternate models that were available. This was a very positive experience!!!

I give this company 5 stars for the way they handled fixing my van after my accident. The body shop did an amazing job, as well as Matt from the parts department getting me everything I needed. They’ve also done an amazing job at fitting me in for my oil changes. The service is always warm and welcoming. Thank you!

In all my 50 years of buying cars, I found this dealership to have the absolute best customer service for Sales. Brent Flanagan was passionate about helping me buy the right vehicle for my needs, not just selling me any vehicle. This dealership has excellent communication systems to keep in touch with their customers and top notch professional service in all departments, especially in the Service Department.
