Amazing customer service, Pascal was the sales rep that helped me out on my used car purchase. The level of service and care he provided was truly exceptional. I am an out of province buyer, and had contacted the dealership for a car i found on their website, Pascal was the person that answered all my inquiry, even though at the time of contact, the car i was interested in already had a buyer. Pascal still took the time to take pictures and video of the car for me. Unfortunately, i didn't get the car, and i thought that's the end of the story. What makes the experience truly exceptional is that Pascal remembered what i wanted, and kept on looking for a car that meets my need, and eventually found an even better deal for me in a month later. Again, he went through the trouble to take a through inspection photos and video for me to make sure the car is in good condition. I received the car now, and it is 100% satisfied with it. The dealership definitely knows how to take care of their customer, i would recommend my friends to buy from here.

Bought my first AMG at this location. Customer service was wonderful! I called in for an E53 and was connected to Charles H. I was pleasantly surprised on how knowledgeable and friendly Charles was. We worked out a great deal and I'm happy :) Even months after the sale, Charles would still respond to my enquires, whether about services, or explaining features. Great dealership, and great staff!

Excellent service and very ethical. I paid for a diagnostic of my GLK250 and then I booked an appointment for what they thought was the problem. When I came to pick up my car they did not charge me anything because it did not fix the problem even though they completed work on my car. Most mechanics will charge to test out different solutions and won't reimburse you for the ones that don't work. Thank you for being ethical. 😁👍

I bought my CLA250 8 months ago from Gatineau Mercedes and have been using Gatineau Mercedes to do all of the work on it even though I live in Ottawa. Driving to this dealership is less convenient but the service is well worth it. I find this dealership totally professional, probably the best dealership I have ever been to. Daniel my salesperson was very knowledgable and extremely patient with me as I went through the details of my purchase. Every time I meet Daniel at the dealership he always has a smile and a handshake. The service area is equally as professional. The reception at the service area is alway respectful and professional. The reps are knowledge able and always resolve any issue in a timely manner. The car is always returned washed and cleaned. Wow! Just a totally great experience and I totally recommend this dealership.

All in all, from the test drive to signing the papers with Stephane Thibault and taking possession of the car with Phelix the team worked with us with such professionalism to represent the Mercedes quality.
