Finally, a Jaguar/Land Rover dealership worthy of the brand here in Ottawa. Amazing team. They move between sales and service flawlessly, almost without you noticing. Anyone is there to help, and will bend over backward for you. Ian Thomas runs a superb team, especially David Vaughan who could not have helped us more into vehicles that were perfect for us. Even Paul in finance made the experience richer. And Allan in service literally got on his hands and knees to wash our car when we were in a rush (this is not his job, nor did he see me notice him do so). These guys know their stuff, and will move mountains for you. All with the sophistication you would expect from the brands they represent. Don't go anywhere else. They brought us in like old family and treat us that way no matter what we call them for. They don't try to sell you, just help you live the life they know you want to. Chapeau.

Service dept did a great job with the installation of a trailer hitch on my land rover. I had heard of some horror stories about cutting the bumper to make room. But hunt club added a new mold to make it seamless. Very happy with the result.

Bought our dream Land Rover car. The new Defender. We were in great care thanks to Les and David. The showroom is so very clean & modern. They really do a very good job to keep us so comfortable in waiting area with ample of coffee, treats like butter tarts, cereal bars, crepes, banana, juices,& sparking water to keep my daughters refreshed upstairs in their very cozy lounge. Les is very kind. David was so knowledgeable and efficient with the paperwork. So impressed!! Les stopped for a pic but was busy with a very important job of ensuring plentiful toilet paper are in the bathrooms.
