During these crazy times of Covid-19, I find myself working very long hours and struggling to find time to take my car to the dealership for servicing. Not a problem for Braden Ford! With 1 phone call, we made arrangements for my car to be picked up at my home, taken for servicing and returned. I continue to be impressed and thankful for the great people that work at Braden Ford and the extent they are prepared to go to offer great customer service. Thank you James Braden Ford and team! We appreciate you!

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. I was treated like a valued customer from the moment I walked on site. Craig Richardson was my Sales Rep. Craig took time with me over the course of a week to make sure I was informed about all of the options of vehicles available to me and he really listened to what I was looking for. He even noticed the radio station I listened to on my first test drive and made sure he programmed it in to every other vehicle I test drove. How's that for paying attention to small details! I want to mention that I was not a big commission sale and I came in with a strict budget and low expectations, but I was treated with the utmost respect and Craig spent time with me to make sure I was getting what I wanted and needed in a vehicle. Craig Elliott was the finance manager who worked very hard to meet my budget restrictions and get me financing that I was comfortable with along with warranty protection that I could afford. Thank you Craig R, Craig E, and James Braden Ford. I LOVE my new Jeep!

I had my transmission go on my 2011 ford focus. They were able to take me in right away and fix my car. They even set me up with a loaner witch was wonderful . id give them 100 starts if i could. Thanks James Braden Ford
