Bought our first car here! The whole staff is super supportive! Even offered to pick us up the day our car was ready so we could drive it out. They double check their facts before giving any information for 100% accuracy and they work with you on all fronts! Though I'm not a ford gal myself, they do have other cars for sale and it's totally worth it! So happy!

Great place to purchase a vehicle. Pleasant. Not pushy. No high pressure sales. Michael Assad great salesperson, nice to deal with, always accessible, great follow up. Manager, David, ?(sorry) also nice to deal with. Vehicle delivery as promised. Vehicle immaculate. In and out in 30 minutes when I bought my Expedition and when I took delivery.

We purchased a snazzy new Ford Escape from this dealership, and were very pleased with all aspects of the process. Our salesperson, Malaz Alfara, was a true gentleman and took time to understand our needs and to find the right vehicle for our family and our budget. He offered us coffee when we arrived, and water after our visit to the hot parking lot to look at our options. The negotiating process was dealt with honestly and with compromise to reach a deal that was acceptable to us. The credit process was also handled respectfully and the employee who assisted us (whose name escapes me now, pardon the pun) was friendly and explained our options for warranties without pressure. We picked up our sparkling clean vehicle yesterday, after it had been rust proofed and coated. Barrhaven Ford has a beautiful, spacious sales centre and state-of-the-art service centre, and it even has a cafeteria, so we will definitely be getting our Fords serviced there. We are so happy that they have moved into Barrhaven.
