The manager and staff saved our weekend. I found a nail in a tire and could not find a mechanic at any tire place from Belle River to Tilsbury, not even Canadian Tire. CAA would only offer a tow or to change to the spare. When I walked into Lally Ford everyone wanted to help. One of their mechanics was just about to head home on a Saturday afternoon but agreed to stay and repair my tire. They wouldn't accept payment. First class service. Above and beyond.

I purchased a 2018 Mustang GT from your dealership, after having to deal with many Ford dealerships over time I have never came across the level of professionalism & care after the sale is made as your Manager Ron Oglan provided me. In the dealership business I’ve noticed no one cares as soon as you sign the papers and take the car, but Ron stayed with me the whole way following up until he made sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. I Just really wanted to highlight & praise Ron for his excellent work as a manager because there isn’t many like him in this business and it can’t go unnoticed.
