Great prices and service. Bought a 2020 Ford Explorer limited from sales rep Nick W. Knowledgeable and nice individual that was patient and not pushy to deal with.

So last week Ryan S sold me a F150, and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend anyone visiting this dealership, to see him, as he Is a real ''People Person''. He and Erin were both very helpful. The truck was exactly what I was looking for. Thanks guys. :)

In July of 2020, I was having buyers remorse after purchasing my gray 2016 Lexus RX350 from another dealership and although I LOVED the SUV, the color was IDENTICAL to my other car. So I decided to trade it in because I wasn’t happy despite spending so much money. After visiting several car dealerships throughout Southern Ontario and not really being taken seriously by any of the sales people there ( I’m in my 20’s) visiting Lally Southpoint Ford in Leamington was a sigh of relief, as soon as my brother and I stepped into the showroom we were greeted with warm smiles and right off the bat they knew exactly who we were which sales person we had spoken to over the phone and the white Lexus RX we had come to see. My salesperson Eugene Trepanier was an extremely friendly and professional salesperson answered all my questions, explained everything very thoroughly and gave me a very fair trade in value. Eugene and his wife even drove my Lexus to London to me during delivery day to swap cars. When we met up Eugene also had a bag of goodies for us! In it was a delicious lemon loaf baked by Eugene’s wife and it was absolutely delicious 😋. That is customer service! Big city car dealerships could never! It’s almost been a year since I’ve had my Lexus and I still get so excited driving it! I Would definitely buy from here again!

The entire team is just amazing! I've never felt so welcomed at a dealership, they treat you like family. Love my 2021 F150 I'm a customer for life. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to go to Southpoint Ford.
