If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would! 1000 Islands Toyota is definitely a dealership to work with. Their customer service is superb compared to another dealership I had an unpleasant experience with. My experience with Josh Amell was exceptionally amazing and I am glad to have had him as my rep all through the deal. Josh went above and beyond to ensure that I got the vehicle I wanted. His customer service is beyond expectations and I am overly satisfied with the outcome of my transaction with them. He is definitely someone you should have as a rep if you want to make a purchase. In addition, I received execellent customer service on my arrival in Brockville - From train station pickup to ensuring my comfort at the dealership. You are treated more than just a customer. Secondly, Matt Ferguson is an amazing Financial Services Manager! He also ensured I got a good deal that is very beneficial. Matt and Josh are your go-to!
