Picked up our used but new to I us camper we are from out of town and we’re dealing with Brad. He was great all the way through. He did a few virtual tours for us. At one point we had made a deal on a used consignment camper he had in. But once they brought it in the shop to do a check they noticed some water damage that they didn’t even know about and told us straight out we can’t sell this to you now. We couldn’t be happier for their honesty. It was sad as we loved the lay out and size and weight. But Brad was quick to come back with 3-4 other options and we’ll the next one he showed us was our second pick anyways. 👍🏻 We made our way down last weekend and everything was like Brad said it would be. Cleaned tested and ready to roll. Brad was a easy guy to deal with and with 0 pressure. Thanks for taking our money Brad lol we will see you in the future if we’re in the market for another camper.. Cheers to all that were involved.

Brad at Oak Centre / TRX has been helping our family in our RV hunt since summer 2020. He's answered our questions via text at virtually all hours. Super friendly and professional, and he knows his stuff; he will answer questions that you don't even know to ask. Taylor was also a big help in showing us around. You can tell these guys love what they do, and it's easy to see why this dealership is so successful with people like this on staff. We had specific needs, and in the end, we found a camper at a different dealership where the negotiation process and buying experience was not great. Would have definitely preferred dealing with Brad, and when it comes time to trade in and upgrade, he'll be my go-to guy, hands down. Highly recommend.

The staff are amazing and took really good care of us when purchasing our new camper. Brad was a huge help in showing us many different layouts to help us better understand what would work best for our family. We gave him a list of certain requirements we were looking for, in a trailer and a weight restriction to keep it all within. Wow did he ever deliver! There was no pressure from him to by, he provided us many options and gave us the space we needed to make a stress free decision for the purchase of our first camper. Great work Brad we appreciate your help! Pick up day arrived, Cam got us all setup with the new hitch, George gave me a great once over on how everything should work so i have no issues setting up and taking down. Super happy with our new rig! I highly recommend shopping here! Thanks for a great stress free experience!
