Great experience at Bel-Air Lexus today. We purchased an RX-350L and Parisa assisted us with the admin. Everything went very smoothly and we are very satisfied overall. We strongly recommend the dealership for used and new Lexus.

I am very pleased with everyone at this dealership. From my first meeting with Mark in sales to later when I met Christopher in service, I can honestly say I was impressed with every interaction. They listened to me without interuption, understood what I was asking and provided me with exactly what I asked for. Very kind vet professional. Prior to choosing this dealership, I spoke to any stranger I could find who drove a Lexus, I spoke to people in parking lots or on the street asking where they got their vehicle serviced. The overwhelming the majority reported they completely trusted Bel-Air Lexus and most reported they were repeat customers who had purchased multiple vehicles over many years and were happy to be part of the Bel Air 'family'. While waiting for service, I was enjoying a coffee when a elderly couple arrived to claim their vehicle but before they drove away the gentleman came over to tell me this was his sixth Lexus from this dealership and that I could relax as I was in good hands. Trust me he said, I could have any car from anywhere but I trust these guys as they never disappoint. I am very happy with my Lexus and thrilled with the after sales service.

I have worked in the automotive field for 20 years and I have been to many dealerships in that time. The quality of service I received at Bel-Air Lexus really impressed me. The service staff are friendly, knowledgeable and take the time to explain the work required in such a way even someone not familiar with cars could understand. Lexus is known for their quality and this true for Bel-Air.

We had a great experience buying a used Lexus RC350 F-Sport from Marc Vaillancourt. He was very helpful during the whole process with no pressure. I also found Marc to be extremely knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. Marc also provide after sale service for issues that requires follow up. I would definitely consider buying from Marc again.
