Service Staff can be pushy; if you say ''No'' to some ''recommended'' service, they will push to get a yes. So even if you have no issues with your brakes, they will insist that cleaning those during winter is a good idea.

We're vehicle shopping and decided to check a few models at this location. The lady serving us was just fantastic, not pushy at all like other salespeople. The lot is accessible and theres a good selection of vehicles. we haven't decided yet but if we choose Toyota, i'm closing it here!
