Just like with any dealership, your experience will be 95% your Sales Rep. We had had mixed experiences with sales representatives in the past which made us lukewarm about going back. Those worries were immediately addressed and vanished when we met Daniel. Having made our decision to purchase at Barrhaven Toyota, I would strongly suggest working with Dan. He was honest, straight forward, and respected our time.

My recent experience at Myers Barrhaven Toyota with salesman James Deluca cannot go unmentioned. His helpfulness and knowledge was a welcome contrast to high pressure sales I had encountered elsewhere. Other people I spoke to were equally helpful making the whole experience at this dealership really positive. I highly recommend James and won’t hesitate to return to him for a new or used car.

Rabee provided great service and advice. He was responsive and made sure that my questions and concerns were addressed (from making sure car was available to prepping the care for pick up).

Great buying experience so far with Abdulla and Ricardo! They are both extremely helpful and gave me a good price. The dealership also has a great atmosphere and everyone there is friendly. Ashley also helped a lot as financial manager! Very happy with the dealership and the service is amazing!

I cannot say enough good things about Myers Barrhaven Toyota! I drive out of my way to return to the Barrhaven location, as I much prefer it to the Bank Street location. Every time I have come into the service department, the employees are friendly and attentive. Everything is explained in detail and you are not pressured to have work done that you are unsure of.
