A very pleasant experience, when I went with a friend to purchase a used Ram pickup. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, and we took the truck on an hour long test drive without a tag along and really got to feel out the vehicle and talk about his decision. The interest rates were a little high compared to a bank or credit union, but not ridiculous. The trade offer was low compared to the actual value, but it was an older truck with higher km and they were probably just going to wholesale it..so you cant blame them for that either. The salesman went through ever option to try and get the deal where my friend wanted it, and spent the extra time explaining the best options and there were NO pressure tactics whatsoever, even when we decided he should sell the truck privately.He worked hard to get my friend the deal he wanted. This was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had with a dealer, so I would highly recommend them if they have something your looking for.
