Uhaul ''lost my reservations'' made 6 weeks in advance on a move restricted to 2.5 hours availibility and offered me a 9 foot van to compensate at a discount of 70 dollars. Thos same thing happened to my brother 3 months prior to my incident. PENSKE saved my moving day by going out of their way to have an 18 food truck delivered to a location i could get to. I can not thank them enough for their understanding and prompt service to make my move possible
