Our experience with Finch Chevrolet was a great one but particularly with our sales representative Paul Rodrigues. Paul is a knowledgeable, honest, and down to earth salesperson. Never did we feel he wasn't being honest and upfront. He made my fiancé and I both feel we were being taken care of to the fullest extent. I'm sure they have a great sales staff but we wouldn't go to anyone else going forward. Thanks Paul and the Finch team !

I want to thank Kevin, and the rest of the team at Finch Chev for helping me purchase my first used car. After having completed research online for our next vehicle I decided to give Finch Chev a visit (the offer of a free TV also nudged us in the door 😊 ). The dealership was busy but measures in place for COVID protocols. Hands freshly sanitized and the masks on I sat down with Kevin and we discussed some options and was eager to find a vehicle that would suit me. Post purchase I did have some concerns that needed attention and these were swiftly and easily resolved with Kevin and the service department. Kevin is confident, knowledgeable and respectful when dealing with his clients and this backed up with his regular salesman of the month awards and referrals – an asset to the Finch Auto Group Thanks to Kevin and the team at Finch.

My experience at Finch Chevrolet was extremely professional, efficient, and one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. I am about 2.5 hours away from the location and needed to handle most of my deal over the phone. They made this experience very easy and stress free. I had dealt with Jordin over the phone and with Jesse Hughes in person when receiving my car. Jesse was great and was able to get me into my vehicle without hassle (he gave me a great tutorial as well). He even followed up a few days later to make sure I was enjoying my car. I already have and will continue to recommend this business for those in the market for a new or used vehicle!
