ABSOLUTE BEST SERVICE EVER!!!!!! I was extremely impressed with the hard work and customer service of the employees there. Eddie Salem was my salesman and he was extremely knowledgeable, polite and professional. He was extremely positive with me and walked me through the entire purchasing process (this is my very first vehicle). He was easy to get a hold of and even returned my calls during his off hours in order to keep my mind at ease. He even helped to put me in touch with an insurance broker who helped me find an amazing deal on insurance. Furthermore, Beth Brady worked extremely hard on getting me a financing deal that I was able to afford without a large down payment that I didn't have. She would however not have been able to do so without the help and tireless work of Theresa MacKenzie and Suzanne Harris. I want to both thank and congratulate them for being such an amazing and professional team. Their efforts were extremely appreciated and their service was top notch. Without their efforts I would not be driving right now and I felt everyone should know how amazing the team is at Durham Kia. Thank you all once again for everything.

This is probably the best place you can go to get a car for a very reasonable price and great selection of very good quality and stylish vehicle types in recent years from KIA or if you buy Pre Owned of various cars. Their staff and management did a wonderful job throughout the whole buying process. I drove away with a great car! In Monday came in looking test drove 3 cars I saw online, and by Thursday I was picking it up for delivery. Kia Forte Ex (Excellent) Kia, Yeea!

Amazing service from the moment I walked in! Friendly and helpful staff all around. I bought my car from Naz. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and cares a lot about his customers. He made the experience very easy and stress free! Peter was also extremely helpful by providing a lot of information and making sure our needs were met. This was my first time at Durham Kia and I was very impressed. I LOVE my new car. I highly recommend this dealership.
