I was very impressed, from the time I first walked in the door, until I drove away with my new 2020 Kia Sportage. Ibrahim was the salesman I dealt with, very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and very patient with my questions. I didn't feel pressured and got the vehicle I wanted at pa price we could both live with. Moe the sales manager was fantastic throughout the process and Ralph was easy to deal with to finish off the paperwork. A great team spirit among the staff and a pleasant place to be in. The after sales follow up to see how I liked the car was great too!

Ernest and his manager Moe truly earned this 5 star rating. Thank you two very much, I love my new vehicle! I will admit; to me personally it was a rocky start, but definitely worth. Story below. After doing tons of research on the exact vehicle I wanted, I went into this location looking to finance. It was my mistake to go after work—just before they were closing ready to fight and negotiate when everyone wants to go home as much as I do. Knowing my personality, it's not that simple. I like to know every form of detail of what I'm getting into before signing. After that unfortunate experience leaving myself weary and a tad frustrated, I emailed other Kia dealers outside of the city to see their offers. The next day, on my day off, I took the time and visited two other dealers before revisiting this one. Similar to this location, all the others (including emails) were very quick with offers and get me the car I wanted and to sell asap. Ernest was aware of my arrival the next day, and came in on his day off. I really appreciate that. As the day progressed, he looked visibly worn out (sorry man) but stuck to it. I can be a tedious customer to deal with as I want to know every single detail of the offer considering this was the most expensive car I've ever financed. Moe tagged in and assisted Ernest to go over everything in extreme detail. I was full of questions to which they both answered to my satisfaction. I spent a good amount of time there going back and forth with offers and counter offers before coming to an agreement. They were more than patient with me. I purchased the car, and feel confident I got a fair price. After a day of me owning my new car, Ernest reached out to me to see how I was doing. No other dealer has called me back before like this—I was delightfully surprised. A few days later I realized I completely forgot my parking pass and my sunglasses in my old vehicle. I contact Ernest and without missing a beat, he let me know he was able to retrieve them for me. Thank you again Ernest and Moe for your time and efforts to sell me the car I wanted. I'll say it again; I'm not an easy customer and you two handled it well. Car dealers are very hit and miss, and this was definitely a hit. I just purchased a used vehicle from Bank Street Kia. Justin Ifill was the salesperson I dealt with and I am very happy with the work he did on my behalf. He went out of his way to close the sale and provide excellent customer service. He was extremely personable and professional at all times, always had the vehicle ready at appointed times for test drives etc and made sure all protocols for covid were followed wiping down door handles, steering etc and ensuring the vehicle was safe. It's a lot of extra work in these times and Justin did it all with a smile. He went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the transaction and the purchase.
