Convenient hours, convenient location. Renting gear is not something I do every day so I'd appreciate an overview of the process, price and rental options, wouldn't you? I had to ask too many questions and it was never completely clear. Another staff gentleman gave a brief tutorial on use and carefully loaded the gas grass trimmer in my car. The gear is well maintained, seems nearly new and has always been available on the day I need it.
