I haven’t purchased a vehicle in about 8 years. To say I was uncomfortable thinking about it would be an understatement. We went to a couple dealerships and we got the exact song and dance I expected. “It’s a woman’s car, you need this car, what a safe car, all the women drive this car” We strolled into Kia on Hunt Club because we were in the area. Fedor was our salesman and from the minute he introduced himself I was much more at ease. He is personable, kind and honest. Fedor and sales manager Moe quite literally made us an offer we couldn’t refuse. Their job is to make the sale; was it possibly the same previous deals offered but worded differently? Likely. I didn’t however feel like I was being taken advantage of at any time. Fedor made the process painless and frankly enjoyable. We dealt with Imad for financing - another stand up man! He was helpful, knowledgeable and personable. We picked up our 2020 Soul today and Fedor was just as excited for us. Was he pretending? Maybe LOL but it certainly didn’t come across fake. We had a minor hiccup with our appointment but Fedor quickly and efficiently had us organized and into our new vehicle. Thank you Kia on Hunt Club for our new vehicle and Thank you Fedor, Moe and Imad for everything.

This was my second KIA purchased from this dealership. I got outstanding service from Danyal and the management team in sales, and the ongoing service side of the business is great too. Would definitely recommend and will probably get my next vehicle here when the time comes.
