A fairly typical Canadian Tire, and the store itself is really a 4 star place. However, I've had some incredible experience with customer service, really going out of their way (without me asking) to make me happy. That service has earned them 6 stars.

The main reason for this 5 star review is the exceptional service I received. I was looking for a set of pots. The minute I entered the housewares area, I was cheerfully greeted and asked if I needed help. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the lovely lady that assisted me, but it may have been Shelly or Sherry... she helped me with multiple questions and assisted me in viewing the box contents. She was an absolute delight! Retail needs more staff like this woman! As a result of this outstanding attention, I spent well over $300!
