This is small location in between Carp and Stittsville which is convenient for people at this area. Parking area is small however, I did find over U-Haul website what I am looking for. Working hours might not be convenient and I recommend to call before to go. I can assume issues is simple - not enough customers at this particular location. If you did everything over Internet (provided information what's required for rent) you will do the same in paper version again.

I have had the great pleasure of dealing with Glenn on several occasions now. We absolutely love this location. It is convenient to the highway and properly stocked with all of our U-Haul needs. On our most recent visit, I explained to Glenn that we needed a trailer with a loading ramp. Not only was he able to produce one for us, I later found out that he went to a different U-Haul location to secure it for our rental. That level of service is what brings us back..., time and time again! Kudos to U-Haul for finding a person who can represent their brand so well!

Unbelievably clean office for a U-Haul dealer! I rented blankets from them for our family's move last November. When I arrived to pick up the blankets, things were ready and I got the blankets right away and 5 minutes later, I was driving back home. Friendly staff and quick service.

Spoke with Heidi about renting a 17' truck for a day and she had everything set up and waiting when I arrived. She explained how everything worked and what to do to bring the truck back during the off hours. The entire experience was seamless. Everything was exactly described with no hidden costs. I would recommend Carp and Cardevco West End Storage U-Haul to anyone.
