This location is great! The lady working over there is really sweet and helpful. I was going to rent the 20' but she advised me to take the 17' instead after asking me about what I am moving, so I can save money. That was nice! It is a family business run by 3 generations, so they dont treat you like a greedy big Corporation would. The instructions were great and the experience was pleasant. Thank you!

I am disappointed to have to leave a less than stellar review. The reservation and pickup were excellent, with a very friendly staff member at the desk. The truck was pulled out front and and I was on my way within about 20 minutes. The location was closed when I returned the truck, so I needed to use the after-hours drop off. On my way back, I stopped at the gas station closest to the location, along my route, and filled the truck right up, until the pump stopped. Woke up this morning to a final bill that included a fuel charge. They claim that the truck was returned with only 7/8 of a tank. I contacted the location and was told that no one was there until tomorrow. I contact the field manager listed on the invoice (and specifically identified if there are problems) and he refused to help, instead directing me to go to the location, in person. That will be a 1 hour return trip for me and I am simply going to write off the $15 fuel charge as a lesson learned, rather than spend more time. I caution anyone considering renting from U-Haul and Gallagher's to try to ensure that you drop off when they are on-site and make certain that the contract is closed out accurately.

It was the best experience I ever had renting a truck. They where very friendly and a joy to rent from.

Very helpful couple that run it. I showed up just after a major snowstorm and was on a tight schedule. They ensured I was on the road ahead of schedule. Many thanks.
