Good selection knowledgeable staff. Prices are 20% higher than RV mart But the service level is so much higher at Kelders

We are going on a one week destination wedding trip to Algonquin Park. We needed a small rental trailer so we could join 20 families in the park. We found a '' Tag'' that suited our vehicle's limited towing capacity. We saw an orange one at their trailer sales park near Grand Bend. The size was right, it had a refrigerator, heat, a stove, I think it had A/C, not sure though, it had a TV, stereo system and the price was right. What they failed to tell us was the orange one would not be the one we would get. We got a yellow unit with no TV, no stereo and no A/C. Too late to change our plans. We leave tomorrow at 7 AM. Check carefully in the paperwork about what you will actually get. They were nice people to talk to and deal with but we did not get what we were lead to believe that we would. Oh ya. Check the tire pressures. The sticker on the side of the trailer says that they require 50PSI. They were at 32 and 34 PSI. Could be a problem on a highway trip if they overheated and blew. No spare with the trailer.
