Can't say enough good thing about our experience buying a trailer here. Wayne is extremely helpful and provides great service from the beginning and has been very accommodating when we have to change a model because of a timing issue. Also very responsive and fast in|out for service after the sale. Would definitely buy from here again when it comes time to upgrade to a bigger one.

Sales service was excellent. We worked with Carrie who was amazing and very attentive. She is friendly and not pushy at all. We found the whole experience from looking at mobile homes, to discussing what we were looking for, to purchasing and pick up to be completely stress free. Carrie was very accommodating, especially with some last minute requests, and handled them very professionally. Our demo with Jim was great, too. All-in-all an excellent experience for first-time newbies to mobile home ownership. A special thank you to Carrie for all your hard work!!!! Would recommend them to anyone!

My wife and I bought the cheapest and smallest trailer they had, YET, we were treated to 'the whole nine yards'!! From Joe the sales guy to Jim the 'show the newbies how stuff works' guy to Alex the 'RE-show the newbies how stuff works, again! guy' to Wayne Hiemstra himself, we were treated like freekin royalty, every step!! Outstanding Service! Hands down the best service i have received when purchasing any recreational vehicles or boats. Carrie in sales is friendly, fun and hard working. She prepared everything in a professional and timely manor and took the time to make it feel more personal. The technicians here are Top Notch. They took all the time i needed to help understand our new unit. They provide clear instruction and make sure you understand and leave feeling confident. I drove over 2 hrs to make a purchase here and I would do it again.

I used to love this place. The sales department is still amazing and will go out of their way to make sure you get the RV that is right for you. Unfortunately after 6 weeks of having electrical damage to my trailer caused by lightning and trying to get it repaired by them I am thinking they only care about warranty work and much less about other work. Many missed appointments to look at my trailer and unfulfilled promised to have repairs done in a timely Manor. I have a check from my insurance company already but still no work done and can not effectively use my RV with only some power. No fridge. No furnace. No hot water. No outside lights. No CO2 detector. And much more not working. Loading my summer at my RV because of the extremely slow responses by the service dept. I hope they see this and get something done soon as I don't think I should have to keep begging them to do the work.
