We bought a new small trailer early in the year from Great Escape RV and the every part of the experience was top notch. Honest and pressure free sales approach. Convenient and well planned pick-up experience. I brought the trailer home early spring and noticed shortly after, a small issue - I needed a defective part replaced. After short explanation, they were very understanding, and asked me to bring the part in. They tested it, promptly called me next day, and I stopped by and picked up a new one - no questions. The great service with the defective part was icing on the cake. Will recommend this business to everyone. Thanks.

Everyone was very welcoming and answered any questions we had (which were many). The process from purchasing to picking up our first trailer was done in a smooth and timely manner. When picking up the trailer we were walked through every step and given clear and precise instructions so that we felt confident with taking the trailer out for the first time. I highly recommend visiting GREAT ESCAPE RV if you are in the market for a trailer and trailer supplies.
