What can I say, the sales parts and service departments are all more than willing to help customers the best they can for what is needed. Reasonable price on parts and machines in showroom are presented very nicely and are tempting to those browsing the equipment. Although very willing to assist with a major repair to a Kawasaki product there was much delay and getting the project started, probably at no-fault to the service department as Shipping from Japan has had issues in this climate. Unfortunately a major disconnect in service protocol from and optimistic rough estimate to the final invoice, repairs came out to be thousands more than expected. Legally for a repair to come out so far above expectation there should have been some paperwork or at least confirmation that the customer would like to proceed with repairs. The cost of these repairs being almost double expectation Could have been financially crippling to those not expecting a massive jump. All employees did do everything in their power to make this service as smooth as possible, but protocol should maybe be looked into with such devastatingly large and unexpected invoices I’m such a seemingly delicate product. The fragility of this Kawasaki product also calls into question the quality in which these import bikes are made. The repair work however was very well done.

Alexandra the sales person was exceptional. She deserves a raise. She kept her appointments, was punctual and responded to requests quickly. My only disappointment was with the delivery in that when I got it home there was no fuel or at the very best very little fuel in the unit. I would have thought that a tank of fuel, or at least 1/2 a tank would have been included. Considering the price of the purchase I felt it spoke very poorly of Precision and management. Very happy otherwise

I recently bought a new snowmobile from Precision Power Sports in Sarnia. It was a fantastic purchasing experience. Mark was a tremendous help picking out the proper machine. Joanna knew the accessories well and was a lot of fun to work with. I am new to snowmobiling and she was both patient and pleasant with me. The installers did a great job with all the Linq equipment. I don't often write reviews but I was incredibly impressed with the service and would recommend Precision to anyone.
