I'm surprised they stayed up late to serve me. They have a convenient location and a large lot of economically priced cars. They treat you better than other dealerships. Make sure you pay attention to what they say so you'll know exactly what's going on. Regardless they are willing to negotiate and are looking to help you out. Be prepared to ask questions so fo your homework before coming in.

This is going to sound weird because it's an old story but I've been meaning to write this review for a long time. I hope I have the right dealership. But one time I was near here and I locked my keys in my car. I went to see if they had the device to get in or if they knew someone I could call. They didn't have those things but 3 of the employees who were off work came and spent at least half an hour of their time helping me get into my car. They used all sorts of tactics, I was impressed. They even offered to drive me home. I was so impressed by their kindness, they really went above and beyond and clearly knew a few things about how cars work. Great people!!

I ought my truck at Southbank because I wasn't belittled, talked down to or run around. I'm an auto mechanic and a mechanical engineer, so I know my way around vehicles; at Southbank, regardless if they know my knowledge of vehicles or not, I'm treated like a valued customer. It is a pleasure to have it serviced there too! I live in Orleans, but it is worth the commute!
