After an exhaustive search for a used vehicle, I purchased a car from Charles at Ottawa Auto Sales. Having visited numerous dealerships within the city, dealing with Charles was a pleasant surprise. 5 star all the way! 10 star if I could. This has been my very first experience with a dealership. It has been the best experience I could have hoped for. I dealt with Charles from start to finish, he was accommodating, helpful and very patient. He came in on a day off to accommodate my hours, during the whole process he was available for any questions, concerns and kept me up to date through it all. Charlie sold me a sweet little used Mazda 3 in 2018. It developed a weird 'bump' sound within two weeks of purchase, and he had me bring it back in and had it fixed up, no charge, no questions asked. Two years later, I was ready to sell the car again -- the pandemic made two cars unnecessary -- and I got back in touch with Charlie to see if he'd like to buy it back. He agreed to see it, and offered me a fair price. He's been a total pleasure to work with, for both buying and selling. I recommend his dealership without hesitation.

Best experience on my 2 year long journey to find a dealership that wasn't trying to sell me something I didn't want, for more then it was worth. Highly recommend!! They had very low priced vehicles available that were very well maintained. I got everything I wanted as well as free delivery! I have never met a dealer so honest and kind. Thank you for everything.
