On the Sunday of a long weekend, we had a starter cord of 1 of our snowmobiles break. We left a message at about 8 snowmobile service location including Parkway Yamaha but everyone was closed on the Sunday and on the Monday which was a holiday. On Tuesday morning at 8:30, Parkway Yamaha called me back. We dropped our sled to them and within an hour, they had replaced the starter cord and we were loaded back in the trailer and on our way. It is now noon and we have not heard back from any of the other 7 service locations that we called 2 days ago. We were very pleased with our experience with Parkway Yamaha....we will be back in the future.

I have been dealing with Parkway Yamaha for over 14 years. They sold my first bike, an 1100 Honda Shadow for me. They serviced that bike and my current bike. Always prompt, always effective, always very capable, and easy to talk to and friendly. Special mention to Rob, Murray, Brandon (formerly) and all the guys in the shop. RECOMMEND PARKWAY TO ANYONE !!!
