We dealt with Cameron here on such a short notice to rent a truck (U-Haul screwed us by not having the moving truck ready on moving day). He was amazing to deal with and the truck we used was clean and really nice to drive. Will be returning here again to rent a truck!

I was extremely happy with the level of service that the Penske Team in Barrie provided. I was unaware that there were modified hours for pick up due to Covid-19, however Cameron at the Barrie store went over and above to ensure my rental went smoothly. the Penske team was even willing to send someone from another branch to help if needed. I am extremely grateful as it made my move go very smoothly, so much in fact, I have booked another rental with them for the end of the month. The vehicle was over the top clean and very easy to drive. Their rates are exceptional as well. Anyone who need a rental, I highly recommend Cameron and the Barrie team.
