I picked up my car on Saturday. I couldn't ask for better service. I don't recall the representative's name but she was welcoming, kind and incredibly helpful. I have dealt with multiple locations. But this location would be my go to place from now on.

I have been renting with Enterprise for almost a decade in various locations. I never had bad experience with them. You do not realize the value of good service until you have bad experience somewhere else. I never had to rent with anyone else other than enterprise except once a couple of months ago, as cars were not available with Enterprise . That's when I realized how good my rental experiences with enterprise have been. Unfortunately , I do not remember the names of the gentlemen in Aurora location. They are so nice, professional, friendly and always helpful. The gentleman offered ride back home without even asking, even when they were about to close. Long story short. If you need to rent a car, go for enterprise . Nice and Easy.
