My first time with enterprise rent a car was a very easy experience. My car was having warranty work done so I needed a rental fast and luckily enterprise was there. I was very happy when I was given a premium vehicle which was such a joy to drive. I found the rates not to be bad either. Returned the car days early and was issued a refund for the remaining days right away. I will use them again ! 5|5

Picked me up at the dealership after dropping off my car for repairs. I was given a spotless vehicle with a full tank of gas. Excellent customer service. Easy and fast.

11-10-2020: Revised after manager contact - Adam the manager contact me in regards to my previous review and apologized. He was understanding and mentioned the initial service i received should not have happened the way it did. We agreed on how he could make it better for my situation. Therefore, I have gone and changed my review from 1 star to 5 stars. Great job and great recovery. Old review: Please do your homework and call in advance to make sure the car is cleaned and not damaged. When I went to pick up my rental (compact) they tried to give me a damaged car and I declined. I asked if the rep can ask the manager to consider another vehicle or provide a exception if they do not have the same size with one that is on the lot of any size or similar. To which they offered a vehicle that was dropped off a few minutes before. However, they made me pay a higher fee because it was a (standard size) and not compact. I had no choice and needed a car for the next day regardless. It was just before closing time and the manager did nothing to accommodate their own error. They made me pay more. The vehicle they ended up giving me was dirty, smelled and had finger prints all over dash, screen, steering wheel to which I cleaned when I got home. I have had no issues with Enterprise previously and it is common to provide a customer with different accommodation if the vehicle should not be rented out until cleaned or damages fixed.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Online booking made it so much easier when I picked up. It only took about 5 minutes and I was driving out in my rented vehicle. Originally booked a sedan but was upgraded to an suv at no charge. Will definitely be renting from these guys in the future
