We made our decision to purchase our second truck from Georgian because of Charlene in service at the Georgian Truck Center. Charlene managed to get our truck in today, on short notice, as we had other appointments in Barrie. The truck was serviced and ready when promised, as usual. Charlene is awesome and listens to her customers. She works hard to resolve ANY issue. She is the GEM of the Georgian family!

Solved my intermitant starting issue. After three or four mechanics I was finally referred to Georgian for my commercial vehicle which had a starting issue which was difficult to detect...so frustrating and was considering purchasing another van...as it turns out someone had messed with the wiring in the vehicles history...Georgeon located the issue and repaired it . Great customer service...very satisfied with their professionalism and expertise.

Always a great service experience. Technician was waiting to service the vehicle when I arrived and it went right in. The front line customer service is excellent. Job completed faster than expected.
