I just financed a Honda Civic. It was the best car buying experience I have had. The whole process was easy and transparent. John Dennis made the whole experience very customer focused and he made the atmosphere so light. I felt relaxed not pressured the whole time I was dealing with him. He also made sure that everything is perfect, the condition of the car is great before handing it to me. There was an issue with the windshield and he made sure that they replace it right away. His approach was outstanding. Would highly recommend John Dennis for your buying needs.

Where to begin... John Dennis, an amazing “enabler”. Answers every question you ask and makes your experience effortless and stress free! My car buying experience could not have gone better. And on the finance side Jenny tucker was amazing. She did her absolutely best helping you from one end to another. If I needed to call they were easily reached as well. If there was a mistake anywhere the pair of them made sure it was corrected and you left happy. Simply a great team. Thank you John and Jenny and happy holidays

Thank you Barrie Honda for another easy, smooth buying process! Even with these interactions restraints during this pandemic. I still found the process to be quiet pleasant. Andrea (my amazing sales rep) was straight forward, knowledgeable, and friendly and Monica (Finance lady) was proficient, easily understood my wants and needs and provided a solution that met all my requirements. They were both such fun easy going women , such a pleasure to work with! See you guys again in 4yrs!

Fabulous experience!! My son met with Jessie Miller for his first ''new'' car purchase. Jessie was informative and super patient with him. My son came home super excited and we returned a few days later to make the purchase. Jessie was patient and answered all of our questions. We then saw Monica to complete the financing. These two are fantastic! They treated my son respectfully and explained everything and ensured he understood. I'm not sure who was more excited for this purchase....my son or Jessie and Monica. First time buying a car is a big deal and Jessie and Monica made it a great experience! No more rust buckets for him.

I bought car and found great customer service and friendly staff behaviour. Our sales representative was Mr. John Dennis who has precise knowledge about vehicle and very helpful behaviour. We are super happy with product and service and in future we will surely give opportunity to Barrie Honda for future vehicles as well. We are fortunate to have a deal with Barrie Honda.
