I called J&R cycle looking for a part. Despite not stocking the part themselves they directed me to another store that could. I think it speaks volumes about a store when the ability to make money has already passed but they still provide customer service to the customer. Much appreciated!

Awsome place!!! the girls there were super helpful and even gave me troubleshooting advice for my snowmobile which I was having issues with. I’m kicking myself now for taking it elsewhere( only because it it was a yamaha ) I’m going to have to switch brands for my next snowmobile just because of the great service here 👍🏼

The best purchase experience I have ever had period. John and Rhonda are true experts in all this recreational motor vehicle. They guided this city slicker newbie to a perfect purchase of a sled that my family will enjoy for potentially decades. J&R are also incredibly nice. Like off the chart friendly. I feel like family with them now. I actually can’t wait to see them again although it will be rare because they offer door to door everything!! I trust them with my money, fun and family. I know you will too!
