I recently purchased a 2018 Ram truck 2500 diesel from Chris at Eckert Auto Sales and we are very pleased with the service we have received. We took the vehicle out for a test drive and purchased it right away as we had been looking for a new work truck for our installers for some time now. I recently purchased my Mustang Convertible from Eckert Auto Sales and could not be happier! Their reply to my initial contact was immediate and Chris answered all of my questions very patiently. The paperwork was thoroughly explained to me, completed quickly and I had my car personally delivered by the owners 2 days later!! I live quite a ways away and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they got the car here. Dealing with them was a pleasure and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car. Don't worry if you don't live in their town, they will get the car to you! The car itself is beautiful!!! Exactly what I was looking for, especially manual transmission, which is hard to find. I understand their dealership specializes in finding these specific vehicles. They were wonderful overall to deal with and I am happy to get to share my experience!

I bought an Audi TT over the internet from Eckert. The car is low mileage, rare options and a good price. I jumped on in quick. Chris was quick and efficient to complete the sale. When i picked up the car it was not to my satisfaction. It was quite dirty and the stereo that was supposed to be fixed was inoperable. To the credit of Chris & Will, they acknowledge the problems, and gave me a couple of options to rectify the situation. They came good on their word and sent me the money to have the stereo replaced after i provided a detailed diagnostic and repair quote. All i can ask of a business is make things right, and they have done this.
