NCS Leasing and Sales

My search for a quality certified used car ended in success with a purchase from NCS Leasing and Sales. The vehicles from this company are diverse, at multiple price points and the customer care is excellent! All of my questions were answered promptly and completely ... and the couple of potential issues I had identified with my vehicle were fully resolved when I took delivery just today. Thank you Martin! I appreciate everything you and your team did to make this a very easy transaction

REVIEW PART 2: During my previously mentioned phone call with the establishments owner (initials A.S.) I was advised that the repair could take some time. In which I replied ''please take all the time you need''. In the back of my mind I was looking for a quality repair, not a patch job. After two weeks the manager (initials M.B.) reached out to let me know Chrysler said the part should be in shortly. It was nice that NCS Leasing kept me informed, which dismissed all concern from that point forward. Not more than a couple days the manager (initials M.B.) reached out again to let me know that the PCM had arrived and my Dodge Charger was being delivered to Chrysler for programming and to contact him if I had any question. I was really appreciative of the thoroughness NCS Leasing was taking in regards to the repair and returning me a car in equal or better condition, in fact to my knowledge the car additionally received some factory recall work while conveniently at the dealership. Then came the news I had been patiently awaiting ... ''Your Dodge Charger is ready for pick-up''. I was so happy I shared the news with my son. When I arrived at NCS Leasing I had the opportunity to thank both gentlemen (initials A.S. and M.B.) for there kindness and willingness to help, they in reciprocation also thanked me for my patience and understanding ... a situation that was honestly unpreventable on either end. On my departure I was given a copy of the invoice for my records from the Chrysler dealership and though this review is not about dollars and cents, I would like to add that NCS Leasing did not ask for any compensation and in fact the cost of the repair was likely equal to the profit generated from this sale. So what might someone expect when dealing with the company NCS Leasing & Sales? In my opinion and experience the company and its employee will go beyond their responsibilities to satisfy a customer, no matter the cost, but more importantly stand behind their product and good name. On departure, I was walked to my car and guided out of the parking lot for safety and the car has been happy ever since. This is intended to be an un-bias honest review, I hope it will help instil confidence in one or more reader should they be visiting this establishment for there next used vehicle. PART 1: I purchased a used car two days ago with my son, our primary concern was to find a vehicle certified with a safety report. I was happy to find a car in this condition and at a fair and reasonable price. I told the salesman Mathew I was not wanting a fix-me-up-er. He gave me the reassurance this was a family owned business that stands behind there cars with a further 30 day warranty period. On delivery the dealer went beyond their responsibilities to paint the doors after I had asked to remove the trim on the side of the car. By no fault of the buyer or seller, the car the very next day ran into what appears to be an electrical issue (almost ever warning light appeared on the dash). In all honesty I lost a lot of sleep that night worried about my purchase. The following day I contacted NCS Leasing and was redirected to call the owner (initials A.S.), who quickly stood behind what Mathew professed by putting himself into my shoes. In short, he quickly asked me to return the car as soon as I would like and that he would take care of everything for me, thus re-instilling my confidence not only in humanity, but also the used car industry which often gets mislabelled. I have to leave this as a 2 Part review (to be updated) as I just got home from dropping the car today for repair. Once back in my possession and driven for a week, I will finalize my review (fair and honestly so that all future visitors to this establishment can buy with confidence, or at least be aware of how you will be treated should you run into an unforeseen problem as I did). Very friendly people to deal with before posting this I read some of the reviews.I did not have this experience With them at all. They're very kind people and they try to help you out the best they can.Thank you NCS leasing and sales for helping me buy my Honda civic. You guys are very friendly, service as well There are some people on here that are very rude I work retail myself I could only imagine the way the people Treated Their employees I get a bunch that are mean and aggressive all the time But anyway thank you again this was An amazing experience!
