We haven't bought a boat yet but I am super impressed with their customer service and their quick responses to questions. We got to chat with one of the mechanics as well today when we came to look at the boat we want and he was fantastic to talk to and answered all if our questions. Great crew of people there. Looking forward to buying our forever boat!

My husband and I went to the 2019 Boat Show in Toronto just to take a peak at what was available as we were just in the preliminary stages of thinking we wanted to buy a boat. Within minutes of walking in we were in the Four Winns/Boat Warehouse Booth where we met Shawn. Within an hour or two, we were signing to purchase our Four Winns HD180 OB. Shawn was super knowledgable and went over every aspect of the boat with us to give us all the information possible to ensure this was the right boat for us. He even encouraged us to go walk around and look at other boats and dealers to make sure we were 100% confident in our purchase and could see ourselves in this boat, which we thought was super cool of him to do so we did! We walked around the entire show and sure enough we couldn't find anything at our price point that offered what the Four Winns did. Fast forward 4 months and in walks Jake into our boating purchase experience. We called to setup the pick-up of our boat and our water test with Jake. Although it ended up being extremely cold and rainy on the day that we picked up our boat, Jake was extremely patient with us, super knowledgable and made sure we spent adequate time on the boat during our water test to make sure we were comfortable. He went over every aspect of the boat from top to bottom, how to use everything and gave us many tips of things to do and things not to do. He asked us multiple times if we had any other questions for him before taking the boat in to load up on the trailer. Once back in from the water and the boat was loaded up, Jake went above and beyond to make sure we were all setup with everything we needed to make the trek back home to Niagara Falls. He even gave us his cell phone number to call or text him any time if we had any questions that we might think of once we were back home or if we had any issues after pick-up and he would get right back to us. Since being home, we have texted Jake twice about 2 different questions and he responded right away even sending pictures of what we were asking about to make sure that we had the proper information. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and the customer service we've received. I highly recommend getting in touch with Jake if you're thinking about getting a new boat. He's our guy! Thanks Jake! You're the best!
