I went over to purchase a tender at near closing, on a Friday. The entire staff, bent over backwards to ensure I was able to get everything I needed for the weekend. The mechanic and his helper were extremely helpful and courteous. The owner provided a detailed non rushed walk through of how everything worked.

Last summer I purchased a Gala V580F and had it customized exactly how I wanted it. Norman worked closely with me and was very accommodating, helped with researching and sourcing components, to end up with a NMEA 2000 vessel that has all the current capabilities I wanted and has me set up for the future. The NewStar team did a tremendous job of building and wiring the setup that was right for me. They were very skilled and experienced and the workmanship is excellent. I should also note that the after-the-sales service has been top notch and they genuinely want their customers to be happy! It has been a pleasure to be a NewStar customer! I would highly, Highly recommend NewStar. Five Stars Hands Down.
