Extremely pleased with our car purchase experience at Wallace auto. We found the right vehicle at a very good price (I checked for similar vehicles on car gurus and auto trader and both rated this sale price as a good | great deal). Frank was very accommodating and attentive. We had pointed out some minor cosmetic issues with the vehicle we wanted and he noted each one and promised they would all be addressed....and each one was, to our satisfaction! No presure sale. I found a vehicule on car guru that led me to Wallace auto. Frank immediately contacted me to give me the details. No presure sale, provided car fax and detail. We went for a drive like it. Again no presure, after agreeing on a price we waited a few days for them to do the necessary preparation. I''m very happy with my purchase and the service Wallace offer. Lots of great talk until there is a problem with the car. Then it is - no response, delays, stonewalling. It seems as thought they just want to sell you the car but take no responsibility for it. Then why do you need a dealer? You might just as well buy private.
