I have improved my review because I was cranky. I do like this dealership. The work is good and they got me in fast for a nonoperational car. Hopefully it is no a serious issue... 310,000km on a 2012 Cruse is a lot. I will adjust stars based on satisfaction.

Honestly really impressed with buying a used truck here. The salesman (Bob) was great. Zero pressure and easy to work with and honest and upfront. I got a fair value for my trade. The finance department didn't push any warranties or paint protection just simply gave me the option and cost so I could decide.

The team at Taylor was great to deal with. Very accommodating and helpful particularly during these odd Covid times. I would recommend them wholeheartedly especially Carlos the salesperson that took care of me. He was excellent at communicating with me both in person, as well as through email and text.
