I don’t know where to start because there is so much to say... During the COVID-19 pandemic, I wanted to buy a RAM Promaster to convert it into a camper van and I could not find one in decent shape at a decent price... except for the one they had at Car Connect. The thing is that I am living in Quebec city and the dealer is in Ottawa (4.5h drive). That being said, I messaged the email linked to their kijiji post to have more pictures of certain parts of the vehicle and I received more than what I have asked for in an hour, that was great! The shape of the vehicle convinced me that I wanted to go forward with it, so their awesome salesman offered me to bring it to any garage I wanted for a mechanical inspection (which he obviously did in a short amount of time). Then, in order to be able to buy a car from anywhere else than Quebec and get a license plate from Quebec, you need to pass one of the most strict mechanical verification you can imagine. Once again, their salesman offered me to do all of the required repairs found during the first mechanical inspection to fulfill the requirements of Quebec safety check! He repaired a ton of stuff, brought it for the safety check, had something to fix, brought it back again, and voilà ! The price was perfect for the shape of the vehicle and I only had to come to Ottawa once, what a great experience! Thank you for everything you did, I truly hope that this review will convince many people to choose Car Connect! Joe was my salesman by the way :)

Went looking for a 2016 Civic Coupe for my wife and found this beauty at Car Connect Ottawa. After creeping Frank and Joe through the many online reviews, I decided to check them out in person to see if what I heard was true. Pros: - Frank and Joe are very pleasant to deal with. - They had a very low markup (approx. 5%) on the vehicle I was looking at. - I got a great deal for a vehicle valued much higher elsewhere. Cons: - The vehicle I was interested in had been in an accident previously (cosmetic damage only) - Not a lot of room to haggle - Had to drive a couple hours out of the way to view and then again to pick up the car (not ready same day) All in all, I would shop at Car Connect Ottawa again. Good guys. Joe seems like a genuinely nice and trust worthy individual. Frank is a good salesman and takes his lead from Joe. Note: Should anything change with the vehicle, I'll report it here.
